I wanted to write this note to tell you how much I appreciate the services provided by your loan consultant, Robin Splatt. I had called around looking for rates to refinance my home and right out of the box, Robin was heads and shoulders above the rest. Her rates were the best and she had so many ideas and alternatives to offer.

Talking to her, I realized that Robin really knows her stuff. She is an expert in her field and explained the various options available to me, including the pros and cons. I decided that I wanted to wait for a lower interest rate. No problem! Robin encouraged me to submit my loan application so that she would have it available if the interest rates went down. True to her word, Robin called a couple of weeks later to tell me that the rates had gone down for a very short period of time and that she had locked me in at the lowest rate yet (4.625%)!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the rate that I got and Robin’s continuous monitoring of my loan transaction. She was like a bulldog watching and working behind the scenes to make sure my loan stayed on track. She is a consummate professional. Even the day she went away on vacation, she and her assistant contacted me to provide updates. Robin and her assistant were always available by phone. If she was not in the office, I could always get her on the cell phone. I have had 7 mortgages in my life. This last transaction with Robin was by far the most pleasant. I would like to thank you both for your help and knowledge in refinancing our loan. When I first decided to refinance I thought it would be best to use my current mortgage company and I have to say that experience was terrible. I was told that I would be able to refinance and get rid of my property mortgage insurance and after about 4 weeks of sending information back and forth I was then told that I could not do anything for a whole year due to a FHA rule.

I heard the ad for Freedmont Mortgage and thought I would call at this time I spoke with Craig he was so helpful and explained that we could get rid of our PMI and that we were in the wrong type of loan. He then came to our home and went over everything in detail of what we could do. Within days Marni called and kept the ball rolling for us we closed quickly and at the exact rate and terms promised. This was one of the best experiences I have had when financing a loan. We saved money and in these economic times who couldn’t use some extra money.

It was very ironic the day after closing on the loan my original mortgage person who told me that I would have to wait a year before refinancing called and said that she could now help us but we would still have to pay PMI.

The Florida real estate market is in shambles and it seems like all that is left are con men or misinformed loan people. While trying to refinance for a better rate and a lower monthly payment, we called several firms, even the ones that advertised no fee. They all seemed to have some fee and they were very pushy. We called Freedmont because we heard about them on the radio. We were treated with great respect and all of our questions and concerns were handled immediately. Freedmont even cleaned up a couple of messes that our last mortgage holder left. We just wanted to thank you all for your help and thoroughness with getting us refinanced, and saving us about $900.00 a month.

Dear Carl-

I was so glad to hear from you! We are doing fine and love our new house! I could write a whole web page about you two, so feel free to use any of this.

For years we were trying to find another home to buy. We did not want nor could not afford a $300-$500,000 home. Everyone we went to did not seem interested; I guess their commission would not be big enough to waste their time on us. We had just about given up hope, when on Monday Ch2 news has Mortgage Monday. Every Monday I was in the front of the TV waiting anxiously to see Mr. Carl Delmont of Freedmont Mortgage. I listened to how he talked and I immediately liked him! He spoke in terms that regular people could understand. I told my daughter about him and I called for an appointment. Mr. Delmont personally took the time to meet with us. He even put us in touch with a great realtor and we settled on August 31, 2005!

You hear of catastrophes in real estate deals, well NOT with Freedmont Mortgage. Things could not have gone smoother. Many thanks to Mr. Delmont! Oh, by the way I still watch Mortgage Mondays every week!
